The results system handles academics operations. It records students’ results on every examination and generate different kind of reports automatically along with grade and division calculation according to
the school and government grading scheme. It generates subject reports, examination reports and report cards. It produces single and class wise reports as well. The system accommodates parents’ database with SMS notifications when results are published. Parents can access the system anytime to monitor her child examination performance

For recording students data with an option to add new students by importing from an excel file
Ability to create an exam, teachers can upload subject results for all students in a class by uploading an excel sheet.

Auto -generation of class wise reports by subject or exam ranging from the first to last according to performance, provide report for each student in details for each exam , provide term wise and annual report card. All reports are calculated based on grade and division as per Tanzania Government grading Scheme
